  - Move license information from naming table name ID 1 field to
    name ID 13.
  - Add modified tags in naming table name ID 10.
  - Change the license information in naming table name ID 5.
  - Retain Apple Unicode camp table.
  - Retain us-ascii CodePageRange.
  - Add a new FOPOO.o/LaTeX sample for those fonts.
